Nė 18 prill 1955 mbylli sytė njėri nga gjenitė e shkencės - Albert Ajnshtajn, autor i teorisė sė relativitetit, i
teorisė sė kuanteve tė dritės, i cili formuloi ligjin e Fotokimisė qė mban emrin e tij, punoi mjaft edhe pėr
problemet e kozmologjisė dhe mbi teorinė unike tė fushės. Nė vitin 1926 u nderua me ēmimin e madh
Nobel.

Ky njoftim eshte postuar ne forumin shqiptar nga njeri prej diskutanteve. Mendova se do te qe me interes tu informonim edhe ju, megjithese nuk jemi ne gjendje te konfirmojme vertetesine e ketyre ndryshimeve ne ligjin e emigrimit amerikan. The INS is immediately implementing changes governing an alien's ability to begin a course of study, and proposing significant changes to the rules governing the period of time visitors are permitted to remain in the United States. According to the New Release from the INS the changes will eliminate the minimum 6-month admission period for B-2 non-immigrant visitors, and instead base the admission period on the amount of time needed to accomplish the purpose of the trip (in many cases 30 days);
reduce the maximum initial admission period for all B non-immigrant visitors from one year to six months;
limit the conditions for which an extension of stay in B non-immigrant visitor status can be granted and reduce the maximum length of that extension;
prohibit non-immigrants admitted in B visitor status from changing to student status unless they state an intention to study at the time of admission; and
deny discretionary relief to persons with a final order of removal who fail to surrender for removal within 30 days of the final order.
Me pak fjale ndryshimet jane keto:
Nqs deri tani mund te shkoje te regjistroheshe ne nje shkolle edhe duke qene me vize turisti (B visa), me qellim qe ta ktheje ne student visa, kendej e tutje nuk mund ta besh nje gje te tille. Duhet te marresh student visa qe ne ambasade.
Ndersa deri tani nje vize turistike apo biznesi jepej njevjecare me leje qendrimi ne USA 6 muaj, tani viza do jepet per 6 muaj me leje qendrimi vetem 30 dite ne USA. Kjo do beje qe do te pyetesh ne aeroport (interview) pse vjen, cfare do besh, sa do rrish, si do ta realizosh etj etj.
Sic duket kjo eshte vetem pjesa e pare e ndryshimeve nga INS. Te shohim si do shkoje me vone.
